NATIONAL LAMPOON DORM DAZE II KNUCKLEHEAD VIDEO CONTEST.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Contest starts at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on August 8, 2006 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2006. ("Contest Period"). To enter, navigate the internet to knuckelheadvideo.com and follow instructions to produce and upload your video. Please be sure to carefully read all instructions to create your video in the approved formats, and adhere to the terms of use for the site. Videos must be no larger than 8Mb in size. Videos depicting obscene or pornographic material or inappropriate matter are NOT eligible and will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the Contest Period
.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals who are legal residents of the U.S. , age 18 or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees and directors of National Lampoon, Inc. or Dorm Daze II (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries and/or management companies, their advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings, children, life partners) or household are not eligible to participate. This Contest is conducted in the United States and is governed by applicable federal and state laws and is void where prohibited by law.

3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: All videos submitted must be the original creation of the entrant. By submitting an entry or accepting any prize, entrants represent and warrant that all videos submitted by the entrant are the original creation of the entrant, have not been copied in whole or in part from any other work, do not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any person or entity, and are the sole and exclusive property of the entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All videos submitted, and all concepts or ideas depicted therein, become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting videos, entrants grant Sponsor and their affiliates and agents permission to use the videos for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, without further compensation to entrants. Any person featured in any video submitted (with permission of parent or guardian if such person is a minor) must have provided his/her consent to entrant for the submission of his/her image in this Contest. By entering this Contest, entrants represent that they have received this consent. Failure to obtain such consent will deem the entry ineligible. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and their affiliates and agents for any action brought by a person whose consent was not obtained by entrant. Submitted entries/videos will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email address, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the user identified in email account used to submit an entry.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER: All eligible entries received with videos will be voters who are registered users on knuckleheadvideo.com whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. However, if any winning video has violated the rules of this Contest the video with the next highest votes shall be deemed the winner All submitted videos and participation in this Contest shall be governed by these Official Rules.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize:. A trip for two to Cabo San Lucas which includes roundtrip airfare and lodging for four nights. No changes or substitutions. All federal, state and local taxes for receipt of any prize are sole responsibilities of Winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except with Sponsor's permission or where required by law.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail (at Sponsor's discretion), and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance, if winner cannot be reached, or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or is undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Failure to comply with any request for documents may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded, assuming sufficient entries are received. By participating and accepting a prize, winner grants to Sponsor, (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing), and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time(s), the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, video submitted and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review. All entrants release Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and/or acceptance or use/misuse of the prizes, including but not limited to liability for personal injury, bodily injury including wrongful death or disability, damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submission in the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; communications-line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines; computer on-line systems, servers, or providers; computer equipment; software; or failure of e-mail or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this web site or Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Contest, or defraud Sponsor in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.
